Executive VP & Managing Director
Leticia Cuellar is a 30 year veteran of the telecom industry. Her commitment to customer and client service, integrity, excellence and profitability goes hand in hand with Utility Masters’ business model. Cuellar’s primary focus is to grow the business through campaign diversification and expansion into a national market footprint.

Amanda Ratliff
Director of Operations
Amanda Ratliff has served as director of operations for the past three years. Her all-encompassing position places her in direct contact with both clients and the sales force. She provides general oversight for all areas of Utility Masters' operations at home and in the field.

Derald Powell
Director of Backroom Operations
Derald D. Powell serves as our Director of Backroom Processing. Powell began as a trainer/consultant before being promoted to Director. Before joining UM he worked for 5 years at AT&T gaining expertise in Sales Training, Call Center Management, and CLEC Account Management.

Ryan Mueller
Executive Director, IT Operations
Ryan Mueller has been involved in the network and Internet development industry for over 8 years. Before coming home to Utility Masters he owned and operated an Internet development firm and was a freelance business development consultant. Today, he heads up UM's ever growing Information Technology department.

Angela Balintine
Director of Human Resources
Angela Balentine has been with Utility Masters for several years; currently, serving as our director of human resources. She establishes HR policies and protocols and provides personal oversight for our hiring campaigns in all regions on a daily basis. She is the mother of three, ages 11-16 and still finds time to pursue a degree in applied science.

Kandace Martin
Director of Auditing
Kandace Martin is the mother of three wonderful children and also serves her church as choir director. At Utility Masters, she manages the Auditing Department. She and her team audit every order as needed to ensure all aspects of the customer and sales representative experience flows smoothly.
